The Regional Development Company of Crete S.A., in view of Decision No. 8 of the 5th Board Meeting/3-7-2024 of PANETAIK S.A. and the needs requiring the expenditure for this service, announces an invitation for the direct award of administrative support services for director-level duties, as outlined in the Company’s Articles of Association. The service will be provided from July 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, for a period of nine months, with the possibility of automatic termination if the hiring process for a permanent director is completed within the Company.
