The Region of Crete and the Regional Development Company of Crete S.A., within the framework of the project titled “Operation of Regional Mechanism for the Support and Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Region of Crete,” Priority Axis 1.3 “Promotion of research, innovation, and technology results in businesses,” OPS Code 5214799 of the Regional Operational Program of Crete 2021-2025, continue their informative events presenting the project to inform the public and explore the field in terms of demand, interest, and needs for the creation of social enterprises that could contribute to the unique character and landscape of each area, as well as to the needs of its residents and its development opportunities.
At the above event, the following will take place:
- Information about the institution of Social and Solidarity Economy (European Institutions and Greek Legislation, Organization and Operation) by executives of ETAM S.A.
- Presentation of the Program “Operation of Regional Mechanism for the Support and Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Region of Crete” by the Director of PANETAIK S.A., Ms. Petrantonaki
- Presentation of good past practices & examples of social enterprises by ETAM S.A. and PANETAIK S.A.
- Open discussion and consultation with all interested parties
