The Region of Crete and the Regional Development Company of Crete S.A., within the framework of the project titled “Operation of the Regional Mechanism for Support and Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Region of Crete,” Priority Axis 1.3 “Promotion of research, innovation, and technology results in businesses,” OPS Code 5214799 of the Regional Operational Program of Crete 2021-2025, continue their informative events presenting the project to raise public awareness and explore the field in terms of demand, interest intention, and needs regarding the creation of social enterprises that could contribute to the unique character and landscape of each area, as well as to the needs of its inhabitants and its development opportunities.
In the above event, the following will take place:
- Information about the institution of Social & Solidarity Economy (European Institutions and Greek Legislation, Organization, and Operation) by executives from ETAM S.A.
- Presentation of the program “Operation of the Regional Mechanism for Support and Development of Social Entrepreneurship in the Region of Crete” by the Director of PANETAIK S.A., Ms. Petrantonaki
- Presentation of good previous practices & examples of social enterprises by the companies ETAM S.A. and PANETAIK S.A.
- Open discussion and consultation with all interested parties
